Force Updates will attempt to automatically update your plugins, core, themes, and translations. This is useful for debugging and checking that automatic updates are working as intended. By default, WordPress checks for updates every 12 hours. Running Force Updates will cause updates to happen immediately if successful.
If you have Safe Mode (Premium) or Delayed Updates (Premium) enabled, this will affect Force Updates and how it’s run.
